About Burgundy Luxury Apartment

The city of Cape Town is renowned for many things, such as it’s one of a kind accommodation. With suburbs of the Mother City to the south, the beaches of Blouberg to the West and Winelands of Durbanville to the north, there are only a few places secluded enough to provide reclusive privacy but central enough to make a trip to Cape Town International feel like a bread and milk run at the nearest grocery store.

Burgundy Luxury Apartments are located in the mixed- use Burgundy Estate, an area that prides itself in being central, spacious and secure, and consists of long term rentals that make some of the provinces famous points of interest fall within a 20km radius, from the V&A Waterfront, De Grendel Wine Estate and Canal Walk. Making it the perfect example for corporate executives alike, in need of short-term accommodation or holidaymakers looking for the ideal location to call home as they explore the best Cape Town has to offer.

Burgundy consists of 41 self-catering luxury apartments. Designed with a contemporary feel, each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and patio with BBQ facilities.

Please note that all apartments are non-smoking. NO WASHING MACHINE, but the estate has a Laundromat. Each condo offers maximum occupancy to 4 adults and 2 children.
